At UnlockClaw, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a refund within the terms described below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. Refund requests made after 7 days from the original purchase will not be eligible for a refund except where required by applicable law.

3. Infrastructure Costs & Our Commitment

When you deploy through UnlockClaw, we incur real infrastructure costs on your behalf. Because of this, we will always try to resolve any issues you have first so you get the most out of your credits.

However, if you are truly unsatisfied and the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a refund — we want you to be happy. Simply reach out within 7 days of your purchase and we will take care of it.

4. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.
  • Your account has not been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • The request is for a paid credit purchase (promotional or free credits are non-refundable).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@unlockclaw.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Amount of the purchase.
  • Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful).

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free or promotional credits.
  • Infrastructure costs already incurred (as described in Section 3).
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use policies.
  • Third-party charges (e.g., AI provider API usage fees incurred through your own API keys).

7. Appeal

If you believe a refund decision was made in error, you may appeal by replying to the refund decision email or contacting us at support@unlockclaw.com. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis and respond within 5 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Refund requests will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of the original purchase.
